I had a really great field trip with my boys to an exhibit that was all about the 90’s. It was a really cool nostalgic thing, but also trying to explain how cassette tapes were used, the concept of rewinding a video tape at Blockbuster and demonstrating the ThighMaster was a little painful! Look how far we have come as a society, it’s nuts.

The whole experience really got me thinking about how the balance of connection and disconnection is hanging on by a thread. The Law of Compensation is all about energetic exchange-are we as a society getting enough energetic exchange when we are glued to our screens and not conversing with fellow humans?
